What are Panic Attacks?
Panic attacks are anxiety attacks that come on suddenly with overwhelming, fearful reactions and feelings of impending doom. In this anxiety disorder, the sufferer may feel like he is “going crazy” or is having a heart attack. During a panic attack, the person feels out of control.
